Nuisance

If your neighbors throw a party twice a year, and the music makes loud noise; we do not immediately speak of nuisance. Nuisances has to do with several factors. 

Two main factors are :

- The frequency (how often);

- Wrongful behavior (which deviates from things that may be socially expected).

Kinds of nuisances are:

- Noise disturbance;

- Nuisance due to use of home (think of pollution, hemp farm or animals)

- More nuisances (think of criminal activities and / or drug related problems, abnormal behaviour of people with mental problems).
